Description
- Remotely review vital signs and EHR data of patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities using our telemetry system
- Identify change in condition of a patient
- Reviewing patients’ charts to observe trends in vital signs data
- Communicate internally with clinicians to define risk levels of patients
- Develop email alerts and reports to send digitally to clinicians at Skilled Nursing Facilities
- Extensive experience in understanding patient care service
- Open to Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities; remote work possible
Requirements
- Experience working as an RN
- Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment completing multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Basic math skills
- Experience using GSuite: Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides
- Ability to listen, comprehend, and process a variety of detailed information
- Certified/Licensed as a Registered Nurse
