Required Qualifications:
Master’s Degree, Doctoral Degree, active Registered Nursing license and relevant clinical licensure, unencumbered (PMHNP-BC, APRN, Psych PA)
Minimum three years’ experience in the addiction treatment field, preferable at various levels of care
Willing to be licensed in as many states as necessary
DATA Suboxone waiver
Unencumbered license to practice in any state and active DEA
