We are actively recruiting Remote RNs for one of our healthcare clients, a leader in their
industry.
THESE POSITIONS ARE WORK-FROM-HOME. MUST BE LICENSED AND LIVE IN
AN COMPACT STATE. Be available to start training on April 25th, 2022. NO
WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS
IMPORTANT
You must have an active, unrestricted multi-state compact RN license which must be
your state of residency. 3-5 minimum years of nursing experience preferred – with the
most recent role within the past year/no recent gap in nursing experience—completed
degree.
Our Client also requires you to have your Covid vaccination. Accommodations
are accepted but not guaranteed to be approved.
HOURS & SHIFT
Monday – Friday from 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm EST; this position's hours will not
change. This is a Full-Time position; no Part Time roles are currently available.
Training will be 6-8 weeks during first shift hours (9:30 am – 6:00 pm EST)
This is a non-exempt (hourly role); no weekends or holidays are currently
required.
Compensation is competitive and is based on your home location and experience.
Also, you are eligible for up to an 8% quarterly bonus.
DETAILS
This is a phone-based position with an expectation of handling approx. 20-25 calls
per day. This is not a nurse-triage or care management role.
Nurses assist with answering patient/caregiver questions, educating
patients/caregivers, providing injection training, etc.
The focus is on the quality of the calls and the number of patient calls.
REQUIREMENT TO WORK REMOTELY
High-speed Internet required – non-negotiable, must either call your Internet
Service Provider (ISP) or run a test to confirm speeds (may be required to provide
proof). The minimum required Internet speed is 60 Mbps (megabits per second)
If you have a partner/spouse or child working or learning from home at the same
time you will be working; the minimum required Internet speed is 100 Mbps
Must have a dedicated office space for HIPPA compliance. This is a full-time, 40-
hour a week role, so proper childcare/accommodations must be in place if needed.
OUR CLIENT
A pharmaceutical and healthcare services company. This role is for one of their
largest programs within patient services.
Offer full compensation and benefits package plus quarterly bonus opportunity. The
hourly rate is based on your home location and experience.
Will require a full background check and drug test before the start date.
The onboarding period after the accepted offer would take at least two weeks
before the start date.
