Windstone’s Health & Wellness Screening Program is a proprietary screening service designed to proactively detect behavioral health diagnoses which have previously gone unrecognized.

  • Become a part of a fantastic team of nurses screening health plan members who may need behavioral help before a crisis.
  • Work in a call center atmosphere assessing the clinical status of patients referred by our Healthcare contracts.
  • Through a brief scripted screening, the Screener will assist in the detection of at-risk patients for behavioral health related conditions.
  • If the screening indicates the possible presence of a behavioral health condition, the Screener will be responsible for scheduling an in-home assessment by a licensed clinical practitioner.

  • ***Spanish Speaking preferred.

***Physical demands of this position require the ability to sit for long periods of time, on the phone and working at a keyboard.

  • ***Initial training to be done in the office – may be able to flex to remote.
  • Candidate must provide own hardware – computer, headphones
  • HIPAA compliant working location
  • **Long Distance candidates only 1-2 hours difference from Pacific Time

*** This is not hands-on with patients.

Additional Requirements:

  • ***Experience with psychotropic medications important
  • *Previous experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
  • *Behavioral health, social work or gerontology experience is a plus
  • *Heavy typing skills important
  • *Must be able to make quick and accurate clinical assessments of mental and behavioral conditions
  • *Must be able to exercise balanced judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions
  • *Must be able to handle difficult or confrontational situations in a calm, consistent and equitable manner
  • *Computer literate, multi task between several in-house programs; Outlook
  • *Must possess strong customer service skills, be detail oriented, and self-motivated
  • Must average 13 screens daily – bonus if average is more than 13 screens/day – weekly
