Job Title: Virtual RN Level 1
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary:
Virtual RN Level 1 works directly with organizations to implement the Probari Virtual Model. Supporting multiple
nursing facilities through access to Electronic Medical Records, this RN provides data review, resident monitoring
and intervention support to increase the quality of care for residents and reduction of avoidable transfers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Virtually support multiple customer facilities through the Probari Virtual Model.
2. Daily review of nursing facility and hospital Electronic Health Records
3. Maintenance of Probari Watch List for partner facilities with intervention support.
4. Provide virtual services to partner facilities such as New Admission Reviews, Infection Control Review, Audits
and other activities as specified.
5. Communicate directly with Nurse Manager and facility leadership regarding implementation and continued
success of the Probari Process.
6. Work in a team setting to collaborate on clinical situations.
7. Provide support to partner facility staff for clinical questions and education.
8. Understand and review performance dashboards.
9. Work independently when necessary in a virtual environment.

Other Requirements and qualifications:
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Nursing from a two-year or four-year college or
university; two years related experience and/or training in long term care.
Minimum 2 years long-term care, skilled nursing facility, or geriatrics experience required
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations: Registered Nurse
Computer Skills: Microsoft office, strong computer skills, presentation skills, education, and training
Physical Demands: Computer based work,
Work Environment: Work from home
Travel: The requirements for travel would include facility site visits both during the onboarding process and periodically to support leadership and staff.
