Remote LPN/RN – Care Plans/Assessments (Home Care) – PRN – Oklahoma

U Got A Friend is seeking a REMOTE RN and LPN to complete care plans and assessments on a PRN basis, to include weekly and monthly follow-up assessments via our telehealth platform.

In addition, the selected candidate will ensure that the PCA’s/CNA’s are in aligned with the care plan by conducting a bi-weekly audit of work performed, make the required adjustments to the care plan and suggest recommendations for additional hours if/when needed, along with patient and family education.

Must have a compact license for the State of Oklahoma.

Pay: $30 to $45 (Negotiable)
