Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, required

• Advanced education degree, e.g. BSN/MSN, preferred

• Active, unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the U.S., required

• Certified Professional in Health Care Quality (CPHQ), preferred

• 5 years of Quality Management Program requirements as defined by URAC, NCQA, and/or JCAHO standards, required

• 5 years of quality management experience in a health plan, preferred
