Brief Description: Making calls and answering calls for all CCM (Chronic Care Management) patients enrolling in the CCM program we offer for certain GYN and Urology clinics. Educate patients about the CCM program and care plans.

CaseSherpa provides technology enablement and communication services to allow physician groups to execute care management strategies for patients within their practice. CaseSherpa staff communicate with patients using prescribed communication protocols and care plans written by the practice group and/or the physicians. All communications are done through HIPAA-compliant software tools that include secure text and email. All phone communication is also documented within the secure software platform.
We are looking for a MA/LPN/RN with GYN or Urology experience that is local to the New Orleans area to work remote. We can also explore other areas as well. This position would be mostly part-time/on-call and handling all the initial calls and returning calls with the patients. This position can move to Full-time as we grow. This can be a retired nurse looking for extra money or someone who wants a remote job.
